Brett Fortune holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. He has extensive experience in all phases of construction and is a licensed general contractor in the states of Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Brett Fortune is a former Chairman Emeritus for the Associated Builders & Contractors of Georgia, holds a membership in the Atlanta Apartment Association, sits on the Southern Polytechnic State University Construction Management Advisory Board, and is an active member of the Perimeter Church. Brett is married and has four children.
